After an incredibly successful career as Vice-President of Operations for Dreamworks Studios, Karen Criswell / CEO of Koncept Management LLC, gained knowledge in how to, not only run a multi-faceted enterprise, but to run it with ingenuity, creativity and humor!
Since leaving the studios, Karen has honed her skills and adapted them to consulting for small businesses, entrepreneurs, and entertainment-based projects. Focusing on C-Suite leadership management, communications and growth strategies, she has had the opportunity to create a unique “story” in a multitude of situations, always leaning in on her roots in theatre and film.
